We have visited Oahu and Maui for a couple of times. While both islands offer the same nice weather, beach and relaxation, we love Maui even more for its fewer tourists and slower pace. We checked out Big Island for the first time in January this year. We immediately fell in love with its primitive and adventurous nature. We had our best time ever and can't wait to go back.
